We are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and certified Prenatal Strength Training Coach to design and lead safe, effective strength training programs for pregnant clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about maternal fitness, understands the physiological changes of pregnancy, and empowers clients to build strength, confidence, and resilience throughout pregnancy.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized and group prenatal strength training programs
Modify exercises appropriately for all trimesters and varying fitness levels
Educate clients on proper form, breathing, posture, and body mechanics
Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging training environment
Stay current on prenatal fitness research and best practices
Track client progress and adjust programming as pregnancy progresses
Requirements:
Specialized Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Certification
Experience coaching pregnant clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Background in strength training and functional movement
Passion for women's health and maternal wellness
Flexible scheduling, including mornings/evenings
