Purpose and Scope



StudyIn (formerly known as 'SI-UK') was founded in Japan in 2006 and is the leading global student recruitment agency with 92 offices across 40 countries. StudyIn assists thousands of students each year to apply to and enter the world's leading universities.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to deliver targeted marketing activity that raises awareness, drives high-quality leads, and builds the brand of StudyIn's new Premium Services line (Oxbridge & elite university preparation). The role is execution-focused, ensuring campaigns, content, and reporting run seamlessly within India and other high-potential markets, while staying aligned with global brand and marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Campaign Execution & Lead Generation



? Work with the central Lead Acquisition team to run paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns focused on Oxbridge and elite-prep keywords.

? Optimise campaigns weekly against cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-enrolment (CPE) targets.

? Brief and coordinate with central creative/content teams for assets.

? Support SEO optimisation for Oxbridge service landing pages.

2. Content & Events



? Plan and deliver monthly webinars in partnership with consultants and tutors; manage registrations and follow-up.

? Repurpose live sessions into on-demand gated content to capture new leads.

? Develop Oxbridge-specific collateral (brochures, case studies, one-pagers, testimonials).

? Coordinate alumni and ambassador content for social channels.

3. Partnerships & In-Market Activation



? Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and local partners in India to deliver "Oxbridge Insight Days" and student-facing events.

? Track and report ROI from partnerships and outreach.

? Ensure messaging consistency with global brand standards.

4. Brand Positioning & Messaging



? Communicate Bronze/Silver/Gold package features and benefits in all student-facing materials.

? Adapt global campaign messaging for local market needs while maintaining consistency.

? Benchmark against local competitors (e.g. IDP, Crimson) to sharpen differentiation.

5. Reporting & Insights



? Maintain weekly dashboards on CPL, webinar registrations, funnel performance.

? Track and share student testimonials, success rates, and NPS data for marketing use.

? Report back to global marketing and the Head of Services on channel ROI and opportunities for optimisation.

6. Collaboration & Coordination



? Work closely with global marketing teams for creative assets, campaign frameworks, and reporting templates.

? Partner with CRM/IT teams to ensure smooth integration of lead capture, retargeting pixels, and portal promotion.

? Act as the India "owner" of Premium Services marketing activity, ensuring flawless execution while aligned with central strategy.

Experience



? 2-4 years' experience in marketing execution, ideally in education, consumer services, or premium B2C products.

? Proven experience running and optimising digital campaigns (search, social, retargeting).

? Strong event coordination skills (webinars, in-market activations).

? Competence with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot/Zoho CRM or similar).

? Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on CPL, CPE, ROI.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt global messaging for a local audience.

? Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,450,000.00 per year
