Position Overview

Ramalaya is hiring a Premium Female Sales Associate for its Shop-in-Shop (SIS) placement at the Adani International Airport, Navi Mumbai. This is a high-visibility, premium engagement location catering to discerning airport customers. The role demands excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and refined personal presentation aligned with Ramalaya's luxury and cultural ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a premium customer experience to airport and high-value customers

Proactively engage customers and drive sales conversions

Explain product stories, heritage, and value proposition with confidence

Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and brand presentation

Manage billing, stock handling, and daily sales reporting

Ensure SIS space is well-maintained, attractive, and compliant with brand SOPs

Represent Ramalaya as a luxury cultural brand ambassador

Candidate Requirements (Strictly Mandatory)

Female candidate only

1-5 years of experience in brand showroom sales / luxury retail sales

Exceptional communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Strong sales ability, convincing power, and customer-handling skills

Well-groomed, presentable, confident, and customer-centric

Prior experience in airport retail / premium retail environments will be an added advantage

Ability to work in shifts as per airport operations
