As an Onboarding Executive (OBE), you will be responsible for driving acquisitions, onboarding premium outlets, and ensuring the seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.
Your role will involve handling escalations effectively, onboarding High CFT (
800, 500, 400) accounts, and ensuring the proper implementation of starter packs with a focus on marketing and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:
Diligently drive acquisitions based on the provided lead list, targeting premium outlets.
Onboard premium outlets according to the lead list shared, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Ensure a seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management, providing necessary support and guidance throughout the process.
Identify and escalate any issues or challenges to the city and central teams, collaborating to find effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure that subscribed restaurants receive proper starter packs, including marketing materials, and adhere to hygiene standards as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, onboarding, or account management roles within the [insert industry] sector is preferred.
