Key Responsibilities

Edit Short-Form Content:

Produce 3-5 high-quality Reels/TikToks per week (15s - 60s duration) using raw footage, stock assets, and B-roll.

Master the Hook:

Engineer visual and audio hooks at the start of every video to maximize retention and watch time.

Trend Adaptation:

Research trending audio, meme formats, and visual styles on Instagram and TikTok and adapt them to our brand voice.

Motion Graphics & Text:

Add dynamic captions (Alex Hormozi style or branded minimal style), transitions, emojis, and basic motion graphics to keep viewers engaged.

Audio Engineering:

Sync footage precisely to trending audio beats, clean up dialogue audio, and add sound effects (SFX) for impact.

Platform Optimization:

Ensure all videos are exported in the correct aspect ratio (9:16), safe zones are respected, and quality remains high after upload.

Asset Management:

Organize raw footage and project files efficiently for quick iteration and repurposing.
