Job Description

Implementing play-based, age-appropriate lessons that build social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills (letters, numbers, shapes), managing daily routines (meals, naps, activities), tracking progress, communicating with parents, and fostering independence, creativity, and positive behavior through engaging activities like storytelling, games, and crafts

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Instruction:

Develop and deliver creative, hands-on lessons introducing foundational academics (letters, colors, numbers) and life skills (sharing, problem-solving).

Classroom Management:

Maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized space, ensuring constant supervision during play, meals, and rest.

Child Development:

Observe, support, and encourage social skills, self-esteem, independence, and conflict resolution among children.

Parent & Staff Communication:

Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on progress, behavior, and learning.

Health & Safety:

Enforce all health, sanitation, and school safety policies.

Essential Skills:

Patience, creativity, strong communication, and organization.

Understanding of child development principles.

Ability to act as a mediator and foster a positive atmosphere.

Typical Duties:

Lead songs, storytelling, games, and art projects.

Manage snack and nap times.

Track developmental milestones and report to parents.

Collaborate with other educators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
