The role involves managing research samples, assisting respondents through chat conversations, collecting data, and ensuring accuracy in all research-related activities. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and customer research using surveys, sample collections, and online research tools. Manage sampling activities, ensuring accurate data collection and timely completion of research tasks. Provide chat-based customer/respondent support and guide them through the survey or sampling process. Collect, clean, and analyze basic data to support research reports and insights. Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and submit daily reports. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes based on research findings and respondent feedback. Ensure compliance with company quality standards while handling confidential data. Handle queries efficiently and professionally during the night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies in data. Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in night shifts. Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently. Familiarity with research processes or chat support (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
