We are looking for a

Production Supervisor

for our Prefabrication Division. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in structural building works and hands-on experience in prefabricated structures.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor production activities in the prefabrication unit. Manage fabrication, assembly, and quality control of site offices, labour camps, farmhouses, container offices, and other prefab structures. Ensure timely execution of production as per project requirements and client specifications. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow. Maintain production schedules, workforce planning, and daily progress reporting. Implement safety, quality, and process standards at the production facility. Guide and train technicians/workmen to achieve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

BE (Mechanical / Civil) with relevant experience in prefabrication / structural building industry. Good knowledge of prefabricated structures, materials, and production processes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery. Immediate joiner preferred.
