Job Title :- Precision Air Conditioner (PAC) - Sales and Service Engineer

Department :- Sales & Technical Services

Location :- Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to handle both sales and after-sales service 'Precision Air Conditioning (PAC)' systems. The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly PAC units used in mission-critical environments such as data centers, telecom facilities, laboratories, and server rooms.

Key Responsibilities :-

Sales Responsibilities -

Identify and generate leads for PAC systems in target sectors (IT, telecom, data centers, etc.) Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and understand customer cooling requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Promote features, benefits, and ROI of precision cooling solutions. Negotiate and close sales in coordination with the sales team or management. Maintain client relationships and build a portfolio of repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Service Responsibilities -

Install, test, and commission PAC systems as per manufacturer specifications. Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues. Calibrate sensors, check control panels, and ensure proper airflow and cooling. Respond to emergency breakdown calls and provide timely resolution. Maintain service reports and update service logs or CRM systems. Educate clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills :-

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering. 2-5 years or retired person work and have a experience in HVAC sales and/or service (preferably PAC systems). Experience with brands like Vertiv/Liebert, Stulz, Schneider, or Emerson is a plus. Good understanding of HVAC design, psychometrics, and control systems. Strong technical knowledge of precision air conditioning systems. Good communication and presentation skills. Client handling and negotiation ability. Hands-on problem-solving and service mindset. Basic electrical and refrigerant circuit knowledge. Ability to read HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals. Familiarity with tools like manifolds, multimeters, and refrigerant analyzers.
Additional Requirements :-

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Valid driving license (optional but preferred). Ability to work on-call or weekends for emergency service, if required.
