Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed erection plans, schedules, and method statements for the installation of precast elements.

Site Preparation and Logistics:

Assess and prepare the site for precast element delivery and installation, coordinating with various teams (design, production, site personnel).

Equipment and Resource Management:

Ensure necessary equipment, tools, and materials are available on-site and in good working condition.

Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to the erection crew on safe handling and installation practices.

On-Site Supervision:

Supervise the erection crew, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to plans and safety procedures.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor the erection process, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of erection activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any issues encountered.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical support to the erection team, resolving on-site challenges and ensuring efficient work execution.

Coordination:

Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure the safe and efficient lifting and placement of precast elements.

Inspections and Testing:

Assist in the inspection and testing of installed components to ensure alignment, integrity, and operational readiness.

Pay: ₹333,271.14 - ₹1,460,478.14 per year
