Job Description

Hiring: Pre-Calling Executive (Female)

Location:

Boring Road, Patna

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Experience:

1-2 Years

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make

outbound pre-calls

to potential customers and introduce company services/products

Collect, verify, and update customer information

in the system Generate

qualified leads

and pass them to the sales team Maintain

daily call reports, data sheets, and follow-up records

Coordinate with the

sales and marketing teams

for smooth lead conversion Ensure professionalism and quality communication during every interaction

Required Skills:

Good

communication and convincing skills

MS Excel & computer knowledge

is mandatory Basic understanding of

CRM or data entry

Strong attention to detail and target-oriented approach Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream Experience in

telecalling / pre-sales / customer support
