We are looking for a B.Sc fresher to join our factory team as a

Pre-Treatment Hoist Operator

. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the pre-treatment hoist system used in surface treatment and coating processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor pre-treatment hoist systems in the factory. Handle loading and unloading of materials for pre-treatment processes. Maintain proper sequence and timing during chemical treatment cycles. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Conduct routine checks of the hoist and report any mechanical or process issues. Assist in maintaining proper chemical levels and concentrations in treatment baths. Record daily operations data and report to the supervisor. Support overall production activities when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of chemistry/industrial processes (advantageous). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to factory operations. Strong attention to detail and safety. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

Factory-based role involving machinery and chemical processes. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided.

Compensation:

As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
