Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children, ensuring transparency and trust Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Monitor child progress and provide individualized support where needed Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and parent interactions Collaborate with fellow educators to organize events, celebrations, and learning initiatives Ensure child safety and well-being at all times, adhering to school policies and protocols
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children Familiarity with child-centered teaching methodologies and classroom management
