Preschool Franchise Manager

Salary:

?95,000 - ?1,00,000 per month

Experience Required:

2 to 4 years in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Gender:

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development:

Identify and engage potential franchise partners through various channels, including online platforms, events, and referrals. Conduct presentations and discussions with prospective franchisees to explain the benefits and requirements of owning a franchise. Manage the franchisee selection process, including interviewing applicants and assessing suitability through thorough due diligence.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract appropriate investors. Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Meet growth metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees to ensure their successful integration. Ensure franchisees and their staff are adequately trained in procedures and best practices. Regularly review every franchisee's performance against standards documented in the Franchise Agreements.

Compliance and Performance Monitoring:

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Monitor and report on franchise performance and growth. Develop and implement action plans to utilize the strengths and improve areas of weakness of each franchise.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with owners and managers to improve productivity and performance. Coordinate with corporate staff to resolve issues, improve the system, and grow sales.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales and business development. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend events.
