Key Responsibilities

Observe and understand the emotional, social, and behavioral patterns of preschoolers. Provide one-on-one and group counseling to guide children through concerns like separation anxiety, shyness, or behavioral challenges. Partner with teachers and families to develop strategies that strengthen emotional health and promote positive behavior in the classroom.

Skills & Qualifications

Background in counseling or hands-on experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
