Job Summary:
The Center Manager is responsible for the overall administration, admissions, academics, staff
management, and operational excellence of the preschool center. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and people management skills to ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality early
childhood education, and growth in student admissions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions & Business Development ? Drive student admissions through proactive engagement and parent counseling. ? Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments. ? Maintain and update admission data in the CRM and track inquiries. ? Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents. ? Collaborate with the Field Sales Team for lead generation and follow-ups. 2. Academic Implementation & Student Experience
? Oversee the implementation of curriculum to ensure experiential learning. ? Monitor teacher performance and lesson execution for academic excellence. ? Ensure structured classroom activities and interactive learning for children. ? Coordinate with the Academic Team for teacher training and curriculum delivery. 3. Parent Relationship Management ? Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication. ? Address and resolve parent concerns regarding academics, safety, and operations. ? Ensure timely updates and notifications are sent via the ERP (Kriyo). ? Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and feedback sessions. 4. Staff Leadership & Management ? Supervise and manage teaching & non-teaching staff (teachers, caregivers, and didis). ? Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. ? Ensure teachers follow lesson plans and activity schedules as per the curriculum. ? Manage staff attendance, leave approvals, and work allocation. 5. Center Operations & Compliance
? Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring high safety and hygiene standards. ? Ensure all compliance measures (health, safety, and fire protocols) are followed. ? Coordinate with vendors for supplies, transport, and maintenance services. ? Conduct regular fire drills, emergency training, and safety audits. 6. Fee Collection & Financial Management ? Ensure 100% fee collection as per the center's targets. ? Follow up with parents on outstanding fee payments. ? Maintain records of revenue, expenses, and petty cash usage. 7. Event Planning & Execution
? Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities. ? Drive high parent participation in school events and engagement activities. ? Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotional activities.
8. Incident Management & Conflict Resolution
? Address and document any student-related incidents as per SOP. ? Handle parent complaints with a professional and solution-driven approach. ? Resolve conflicts among staff or between parents and teachers when necessary. Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical & Administrative Skills:
? Preschool management experience with a strong understanding of early childhood education. ? Proficiency in CRM and ERP for admissions and operations management. ? Strong knowledge of financial management, including fee collection. ? Ability to execute marketing and promotional activities for admissions growth. People Management & Leadership:
? Strong leadership skills to manage a team of teachers and support staff. ? Excellent parent interaction and relationship-building skills. ? Ability to motivate, train, and mentor the staff. Communication & Customer Service:
? Excellent verbal & written communication in English and regional language (Marathi/Hindi
preferred).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
