Experience:

3-5 years (as Centre Head or Senior Teacher in a reputed preschool)

Salary:

The

Centre Head

will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and smooth functioning of the pre-school. The role involves ensuring high standards of education, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic & Curriculum Management:

Oversee the implementation of the preschool curriculum as per guidelines. Monitor lesson planning, teaching methods, and child development outcomes. Conduct regular classroom observations and teacher training sessions.

Centre Operations:

Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool including admissions, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance. Ensure safety, hygiene, and a child-friendly environment at all times. Maintain records related to students, staff, and centre performance.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and support staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Parent Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings. Handle queries, feedback, and concerns professionally. Organize events, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.

Business Development:

Support admission drives and promotional activities. Achieve enrolment targets and ensure the centre's profitability. Represent the school at community and marketing events.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (6-day work week) Timings: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (may vary by centre)*

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
