to oversee the daily operations, admissions, academics, staff management, and overall performance of our preschool center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, ensuring a nurturing environment for children and smooth functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Business Development
Drive student admissions through parent counseling and proactive engagement.
Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
Track and update admission data in the CRM system.
Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and follow-ups.
2. Academic Implementation & Student Experience
Oversee the implementation of the academic curriculum to ensure experiential learning.
Monitor teacher performance and classroom delivery for quality education.
Coordinate with academic teams for teacher training and curriculum updates.
3. Parent Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication.
Address concerns related to academics, safety, or center operations.
Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings and feedback sessions.
4. Staff Leadership & Management
Supervise and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Manage attendance, leave approvals, and work schedules.
5. Center Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Manage vendor coordination for supplies, maintenance, and transport.
Ensure adherence to all safety and emergency protocols.
6. Fee Collection & Financial Management
Ensure 100% fee collection and timely follow-ups with parents.
Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and petty cash.
7. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
Promote high parent engagement in school events and community initiatives.
8. Incident Management & Conflict Resolution
Handle student-related incidents professionally and document them as per SOPs.
Resolve staff or parent conflicts promptly and effectively.
