Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, website, portals, and walk-ins
Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated from marketing campaigns
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project/product information
Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads
