Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold leads.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team.
Schedule follow-up calls, product demos, or meetings for field executives.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system.
Respond to incoming inquiries and share relevant information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve offerings or approach.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or pre-sales
specifically in the real estate sector

Strong communication and convincing skills in English and [add regional language if needed].
Sound understanding of real estate projects, site plans, and sales flow.
