Job Summary:



The

Pre-Sales Telecalling Executive

will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, explaining company services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a proactive approach toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases. Explain the company's property management, rental, and sales services clearly and confidently. Understand customer needs and identify suitable service offerings. Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the field sales team. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain regular communication with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead conversion. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential leads. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call targets. Maintain detailed call logs and update lead status in real-time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in

telecalling / inside sales / pre-sales

(real estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or Excel. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn about property management and real estate.

Education:



Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). Candidates with prior experience in

real estate, BPO, or telesales

will be given preference.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary and Increments based on performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
