Key Responsibilities:



Lead & manage 8-9 member pre-sales team

Drive qualified walk-ins & support sales


Monitor call quality & productivity



Ensure timely follow-ups & lead nurturing



Coordinate with Sales & Marketing



Handle reporting & CRM updates

4-5 yrs in Pre-Sales (Real Estate/Finance preferred) Strong leadership & communication skills CRM & lead management know-how Target-driven mindset
