Position Overview



The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging potential customers, providing project information, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role ensures high-quality lead qualification, maintains customer relationships, and acts as the first point of contact for clients exploring real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Management & Qualification



Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, portals, and social media. Make outbound calls to generated leads and explain project details. Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, intent, and buying timeline. Ensure timely follow-up and nurture leads until they are sales-ready. Maintain and update lead status in CRM accurately.

2. Customer Interaction & Assistance



Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable projects. Provide detailed information on pricing, amenities, specifications, and builder credentials. Address customer queries professionally and assist them throughout the decision cycle. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams



Share qualified leads with sales teams and ensure smooth transition. Provide feedback on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and customer expectations. Work closely with marketing to improve lead-generation strategies and communication.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain detailed call logs, inquiry reports, and conversion records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions. Track performance metrics such as call volume, follow-ups, and appointment conversions.

5. Customer Experience



Ensure high-quality customer interactions that reflect the brand's professionalism. Support customers during pre-site visit and post-site visit processes. Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with potential buyers.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred). 1-4 years of pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement experience. Experience in real estate pre-sales preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and explain complex project details clearly. Good command of CRM tools, MS Office, and phone etiquette.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
