Be the first friendly, knowledgeable voice that prospects hear. Turn marketed leads into meaningful conversations and schedule walkthroughs that matter. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services and clearly explain them to prospects. Proactive in answering all inbound calls, work on enquiries via form submissions from client's end with the minimum possible time. Strong presence of mind and decisiveness in qualifying the leads and also influence customers to choose coworking solutions. Address potential client questions, manage follow-up calls, and proactively nurture leads. Identify business prospects and assign them to the sales team immediately for further coordination while ensuring proper lead qualification. Adapt quickly to process changes and maintain smooth workflow. Ensure proper CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene. Suggest improvements to the marketing team. Know when to nudge and when to wait, converting only warm and hot leads for sales. Keep CRM clean and calls unmissed, if someone reaches out, they hear back from you, in time. Whisper secrets to the marketing team: what leads are gold and which ones are gravel. Follow up like a pro, bringing hesitant prospects closer to "yes." Prepare smart sales reports and spot ways to make our process sharper.

Requirements



An excellent communicator who can listen as well as persuade. Experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales gives you an edge. Someone with judgment sharp enough to know who's just browsing and who's ready to buy. Organized, proactive, and always on top of the details. * A can-do attitude and the ability to make every conversation count.
