Proactive in answering all inbound calls, work on enquiries via form submissions from client's end with the minimum possible time. Strong presence of mind and decisiveness in qualifying the leads and also influence customers to choose coworking solutions. Address potential client questions, manage follow-up calls, and proactively nurture leads. Identify business prospects and assign them to the sales team immediately for further coordination while ensuring proper lead qualification. Adapt quickly to process changes and maintain smooth workflow. Ensure proper CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene. Suggest improvements to the marketing team. Know when to nudge and when to wait, converting only warm and hot leads for sales. Keep CRM clean and calls unmissed, if someone reaches out, they hear back from you, in time.
