Lead and mentor the pre-sales team including analysts, architects, and proposal writers.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic solution positioning.

Client Engagement & Solutioning
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, site-specific constraints, and budget considerations.
Provide technical consultation and customized solutions based on project type (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
Work with architects, engineers, and legal teams to provide feasibility inputs during the bid phase.

Proposal Development
Prepare project proposals, RFP responses, cost estimations, and value-added solutions in coordination with technical and design teams.
Ensure documentation is aligned with regulatory norms, client specifications, and company objectives.
4.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Recommend improvements in service offerings and market positioning.
5.
Sales Enablement
Support the sales team in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for the sales team on new project offerings and USPs.
6.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with project development, design, legal, and execution teams for accurate scoping and delivery planning.
Ensure alignment of pre-sales materials with project execution capabilities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of real estate and construction project lifecycles
Understanding of land acquisition, project approvals, and development processes
Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong communication and client relationship management
Leadership and team management capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred)
10+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or project planning roles in real estate or construction industries
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with residential and commercial real estate projects
Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or township developments
Proficiency in project estimation tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
