Job Description

Role and Responsibilities include:



Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements and qualify leads for the appropriate internal teams.

Product Knowledge Sharing: Deliver accurate and comprehensive information regarding product features, benefits, and pricing to guide customer decisions.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support long-term business development opportunities.

Needs-Based Recommendations: Gain a strong understanding of customer preferences and business needs to recommend suitable products or solutions.

Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to effectively position the company's offerings like, K12 schools Preschool and PTTC trainings across India.

CRM & Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals related to call volumes, qualified leads, and engagement metrics.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹8,580.39 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
