Role Overview:


We are seeking an energetic and confident

Pre-Sales Intern

to support our business development team through

telecalling, lead qualification, and client follow-ups

. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce ExpressEarth services. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events. Qualify prospects by understanding their travel management needs. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Share feedback from calls to improve sales strategies. Assist in preparing introductory pitch scripts and call notes.

Requirements:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field). Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident telephone manner and willingness to make cold calls. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
