The Presales Head will lead the presales function for the projects. They will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing all presales activities, ensuring strong lead generation, seamless customer experience, and support to the sales team for achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement presales strategies aligned with organizational goals and sales targets.
Oversee the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns through online/offline channels.
Manage and mentor the presales team, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and high-quality client engagement.
Collaborate with marketing to design presentations, brochures, virtual tours, and other sales tools.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer preferences, and pricing trends.
Track, measure, and report performance metrics (lead conversion rates, enquiry-to-site-visit ratio, etc.).
Ensure smooth coordination between presales, sales, CRM, and marketing teams.
Maintain a strong customer database and leverage softwares for effective follow-up and nurturing.
Support the sales team in closing deals through site visits, demos, and presentations.
Drive training initiatives for the team on product knowledge, customer handling, and objection management.
