Pre Sales Executives

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our sales efforts in the travel and hospitality space. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to demonstrate our solutions to potential clients, respond to technical inquiries, and support the overall sales process. Travel domain experience is preferred to effectively understand client needs and communicate our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities



Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and develop winning strategies Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients Understand client requirements and map them to our solutions Respond to technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires Create and customize solution proposals and presentations Provide technical and functional expertise during client meetings Support POCs (Proof of Concepts) and solution evaluations Stay updated on product roadmaps, competitive landscape, and industry trends Assist in identifying and documenting client requirements for solution customization Facilitate smooth handoffs to implementation teams after successful sales

Technical Requirements



Sales & Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and demonstration abilities Strong written and verbal communication Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Consultative selling approach Negotiation skills and objection handling

Technical Knowledge:



Understanding of software solutions and technology platforms Basic knowledge of integration concepts and API functionalities Familiarity with cloud-based solutions Ability to understand and articulate technical infrastructure requirements Experience with demo environments and tools Travel Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of travel industry workflows and business processes Knowledge of travel technology systems (GDS, CRS, PMS, etc.) Familiarity with booking engines, distribution channels, and payment systems Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities Experience with travel-related software solutions

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field Previous experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
