We are seeking a dynamic Presales Executive with strong B2B experience in Bulk SMS, messaging, and email marketing solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their communication needs, preparing tailored proposals, and supporting the sales team to close deals. You will provide product demos, handle technical queries, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and client handling abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with B2B clients to understand communication needs
Create and deliver product presentations and demos
Respond to RFPs and prepare tailored proposals
Collaborate with sales team for lead conversion
Support client onboarding and technical clarification
Maintain CRM and prepare presales reports
Requirements:
1-3 years of B2B presales experience who knows Malayalam and Tamil
Experience in selling Bulk SMS, Email, or related digital solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy with a solution-oriented approach
