The Pre-Sales Outbound Call Executive is responsible for initiating contact with high-net-worth and prospective clients to generate qualified leads for luxury real estate and wealth management products. The role focuses on understanding client intent, profiling prospects, and scheduling appointments or handovers to the sales advisory team. This position is critical in building the first impression of the brand and ensuring a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from internal databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Introduce luxury real estate projects and wealth products in a professional and engaging manner
Understand client requirements, investment goals, and purchasing intent
Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest level
Schedule meetings/site visits/calls for senior sales consultants or relationship managers
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and maintain engagement
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and relationship teams to ensure smooth lead handover
Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and brand communication standards
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA or finance/real estate background is a plus)
1-4 years of experience in outbound calling, pre-sales, telesales, or lead generation
Experience in luxury real estate, wealth management, BFSI, or high-value products preferred
Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premium clientele
