Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive for our
Noida office
who can support the sales team, understand client requirements, and communicate our solutions clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and propose suitable Elcom solutions
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and product demos
Support the sales team in lead qualification and conversion
Stay updated on product features and market trends
Coordinate with internal technical teams for accurate information
Skills & Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in pre-sales (SaaS/Cloud/IT preferred)
Strong communication, presentation & documentation skills
Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions
