About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and site visit coordination.

Provide detailed project information and handle customer queries effectively.

Maintain and update lead databases (CRM).

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into prospects.

Follow up with clients post-inquiry to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in real estate presales or customer support is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
