Job Description

Engage and convince prospective clients to meet their property requirements. Plan and execute advertising activities to promote residential and commercial properties. Share details of newly listed properties with clients from the database. Conduct site visits and provide live demos to help clients understand the value, features, and benefits of the property. Schedule and manage appointments; accompany buyers during property visits. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups with both new and existing leads. Actively work on scheduled appointments to convert potential buyers. Guide and assist clientsbuyers and investors--throughout the property buying process to ensure the right purchase under the best terms. Assess client needs, budgets, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable property options. Facilitate negotiations, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements to ensure transparent and fair transactions. Maintain and regularly update property listings.
