Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Provide detailed information about real estate projects to prospects.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers.
Achieve weekly/monthly pre-sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling/telemarketing/customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Passion to grow in the real estate industry.
