Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing and online platforms
Explain company services and qualify leads based on customer needs
Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/design team
Maintain lead data and follow up regularly
Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
Fresher - 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support o Strong verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English o Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets or CRM systems o Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude o Female candidates preferred
