As a Tele Sales Executive in Real Estate, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into site visits and property sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential buyers and provide information about available properties and real estate projects.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain and update the client database.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle incoming inquiries from online portals, ads, or referrals.
Work closely with the field sales and marketing team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in regional/local language, English, and Hindi (if required).
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate and market trends.
CRM or lead management software experience (preferred).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Graduate in any stream preferred.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.
Good Bengali, Hindi communication skills must.
Salary:
1.2 LPA - to 1.8 LPA (based on experience)

Work Hours:
Full-time
6 days a week, Sunday working with a weekday off
