Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries Understand customer requirements and provide project details Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversion Support sales team with documentation and customer coordination Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets

Desired Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline Strong communication & interpersonal skills Experience in real estate pre-sales is preferred Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Customer-focused and target-driven mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Experience in real estate / open plots / residential projects Ability to work in fast-paced sales environment Willingness to work on weekends and flexible timings
