Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
3. Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related field in the real estate industry.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
