PreSales Executive/ Telecaller



Roles & Responsibilities:



1. 2+ year hard core Tele-sales experience in Out bound calls (product selling) Preferably from Real Estate industry Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment.

2.To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.

3.Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes.

4.Should have very good convincing skills Must possess excellent communication. skills and fluent in English & Telugu or optional Hindi.

5.To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis.

6.Convert leads to Customer site visits.

7.To explain our projects in details to the customers.

8.To answer customer queries promptly.

9.Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.

10.Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.

11.Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.

12.Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc

Qualifications and Skills:



1.

Education:



o Bachelor's degree.

Experience:



3. 2+ year hard core Tele-sales experience & Preferably from Real Estate industry

4.

Skills:



o Strong understanding of the real estate sector.

o Language: English, Telugu & Hindi(Optional)

o Location: Head Office

o Accessories required: Sim card and Laptop/Desktop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
