Key Responsibilities
Handle and qualify
inbound leads
via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements related to coworking and co-living spaces.
Provide relevant information, explain available options, and create interest.
Schedule and coordinate
site visits
with clients and internal teams.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Share brochures, pricing, and property details with prospects.
Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion probability.
Assist the sales team with pre-sales operations and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales journey.
Requirements
0-1.5 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.
Ability to multitask, follow workflows, and manage timelines.
Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or aviation is a plus.
