About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic
Pre-Sales Executive
who can proactively connect with potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and coordinate with managers to schedule client meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert interest into potential deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest.
Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for managers/business development teams.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and share relevant information with managers for proposal preparation.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and good organizational skills.
