Job Title: Sales Executive//Telecaller//Pre Sales

Location: Spaze I-Tech Park, Gurgaon (Work From Office Only)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0-4 years

Salary: 15k to 20k + Incentives

Preferred Candidates: Female only.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales for our real estate company. You will be responsible for calling potential clients and explaining our property offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers from the provided database.

Inform them about available real estate projects and services.

Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.

Maintain records of calls and useful information.

Follow communication scripts to different customer profiles.

Coordinate with the sales team for closures. (Pre Sales)

Requirements: handle

Excellent communication skills in [languages: Hindi, English, etc.].

Basic computer knowledge (Excel).

Confident and result-oriented attitude.

Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is a plus.

NOTE- Communications skills and Presentable skills will be very strong.
