Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Receive, log, and distribute new leads to the appropriate sales personnel.

Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely qualification of leads.

Maintain lead database and update CRM system regularly.

Ensure all incoming inquiries are responded to within defined SLAs (e.g., <4 hours).

Provide product and technical clarifications to customers and the sales team during the pre-sales stage.

Work closely with the operations, logistics, and service departments to ensure correct information flow from sales to execution.

Support handover documentation for confirmed orders.

Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal deliverables.

Participate in product and sales training sessions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and competitor offerings.

Qualification & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in any stream, (MBA in Marketing / Operations preferred)*

Experience:

0-1 year in sales, (freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
