We are looking for pre sales executive for a company located in Ambli road.
The work is in real estate sales.
The responsibilities include:-
Core responsibilities
Lead generation and qualification:
Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, social media, and referrals, and then qualify them based on interest, budget, and requirements.
Client engagement:
Interact with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls to explain projects and property details. Understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Property showcase and site visits:
Organize and conduct property tours, both virtually and in-person, to showcase features and benefits.
Sales support:
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Provide support to the main sales team to help them achieve their targets.
Data management:
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to track all interactions and progress.
Market knowledge:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor information, and product knowledge to effectively answer questions and support sales efforts.
Key skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficiency in using CRM systems
