Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Executive - Digital Sales, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, and effectively positioning Propacity's products and solutions. You'll act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients (developers, brokers, and homebuyers) via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital ads, and the Propacity platform.
Conduct needs analysis and present appropriate Propacity solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in CRM systems.
Schedule product demos, virtual meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Provide timely feedback and insights on customer preferences, objections, and market trends.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead qualification, conversion, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, or digital sales (preferably in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in real estate sales or PropTech startups.
Knowledge of real estate project lifecycle, channel partner ecosystem, and digital sales models.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online demos, virtual meetings, and digital tools.
