Role - To ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes and act as people who connect the Business development team, management, and clients.
:
1.To Generate Leads: Lead generation through India mart, India Infra, etc. then reach out to potential leads and assess the quality of these leads from MQL to SQL. Manage customer databases.
2.To Ensure Administrative Support: Sales coordinators manage schedules, set up meetings, and maintain CRM systems.
3.To Oversee Sales Analytics: They deal with sales figures and prepare reports to track performance metrics.
4.Manage Client pre & post Back-office works: Take care of customer service by coordinating with sales, service, Spare parts, factory & decision maker, follow up for payment with sales team & arrange all necessary information, documents as & when required for customer.

Skills to Communicate Well: Building rapport and understanding the needs of stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration in every interaction.
Skills to Organize: The capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency helps ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, databases, and Microsoft Office for monitoring client interactions and generate reports.
Analytical Mindset: Understanding data trends helps a sales coordinator identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of a business.
