Assist the sales team during client meetings and calls to gather requirements and present cloud-based solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Support in creating solution proposals, technical documents, and cost estimates.
Translate customer needs into technical solutions based on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Coordinate with technical and product teams to validate solution design and feasibility.
Stay updated on cloud trends, services, and best practices.
Help respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical inputs.
Build strong client relationships by being a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales, cloud support, or technical customer-facing role.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Familiarity with basic networking, cloud storage, compute, and security concepts.
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) is a plus.
