Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog
Makhana products
Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls
Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate makhana products
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Report sales activities and results to immediate supervisor
Contribute to team sales goals and company revenue objectives
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Maintain thorough knowledge of all Chappang Bhog Makhana products
Stay updated on product features, nutritional benefits, and competitive advantages
Understand market trends in the healthy snacks and makhana industry
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence for product development
