We're looking for confident communicators with excellent English skills to join our dynamic night shift team and support our global clientele through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective clients via voice calls and virtual meetings Conduct need-based assessments to understand individual goals and challenges Screen prospects and guide them through our services and offerings Provide detailed information about our education programs and career support Use CRM tools efficiently to manage lead data and communication logs Handle and analyze incoming leads for accuracy and conversion potential Actively participate in video meetings to pitch and close services

Requirements:

Graduation in any stream Excellent spoken English communication Willingness to work night shifts (US timings) Energetic, ambitious, and career-driven personality Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
